I have been on this healthy kick for a while, and in this time I have
discovered my love for juicing. Whatever it is (well, not everything...), if I
can juice it, chances are I'm probably going to drink it. I've been
tinkering around with flavors, textures, and good drink combos for a month now.
This morning energy juicer is by far my most favorite combo and give me a lot
of energy boost and it's really filling. If you're like me, I like sweet
things. Morning to get me up, I'm juicing a lot of fruit, afternoon I juice a
lot of veggies and by the evening/dinner time I cook a well-rounded meal of
meat and veggies.
My measurements may be a wee bit off, but I'm usually right on when it comes to eyeball measurments.
- 1 Cup Kale
- 1/2 Cup Fresh picked Blackberries (frozen)
- 1/2 Cup Fresh picked Raspberries
- 1/3 Cup Freash Peach slices
- 5 Small baby Carrots
- 1 large Banana
Blend until liquid form and enjoy!
